MEET THE TEAM

Carissa enjoys getting to know patients throughout their orthodontic journey and seeing the excitement that comes with each appointment as their smile begins to change. As Clinical Lead, she helps keep patient care moving smoothly while supporting both the clinical team and Dr. Richter throughout the day.

She followed in her mom’s footsteps into dentistry and has worked in the field for several years before discovering a passion for orthodontics. Away from work, Carissa loves spending time with family and friends and making new memories with her young daughter through fun outings and everyday adventures.

Paige’s role allows her to support patients both behind the scenes and throughout their orthodontic treatment. From overseeing the lab, virtual monitoring, and clinical cases to helping manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations, she enjoys solving problems and keeping everything running efficiently so patients receive consistent care.

Her orthodontic career has grown from working as a sterile technician to becoming a Clinical Lead and Lab Technician, giving her the opportunity to learn new skills every step of the way. Outside of work, Paige enjoys playing competitive volleyball, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and expressing her creativity through hair and makeup.

Emmily enjoys being hands-on throughout the orthodontic process, whether she’s capturing digital scans and X-rays or helping with adjustments that keep treatment moving forward. She likes making patients feel comfortable during their appointments and enjoys working with a team that supports one another every day.

Outside the office, life is busy with her boyfriend, their ten children, and plenty of outdoor adventures. From riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes to attending concerts and spending quality time together, family is at the center of everything she does.

Meeting patients for the first time is one of Molly’s favorite parts of her role. She enjoys helping people understand their orthodontic options, answering questions, and making the treatment process feel simple from the very beginning. Her background in retail taught her the importance of building genuine relationships, and she brings that same people-first approach to every consultation.

When she’s not at the office, Molly enjoys reading, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and watching almost any sport. She and her husband love traveling, attending concerts, spending time outdoors fishing and camping, and making memories with family, friends, and their two dogs.

As one of the first friendly faces patients see, Onye enjoys helping families feel welcome from the moment they arrive. She assists with scheduling, coordinates Medicaid needs, and helps keep the office organized so every visit is as smooth as possible. Watching patients become more comfortable and confident in their smiles is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

Outside the office, Onye is passionate about giving back to her community. Her family hosts an annual back-to-school event that brings local businesses and organizations together to provide resources, education, and free services for families. She enjoys being part of a team that values both caring for patients and making a positive impact beyond the practice.

Jordyn has always enjoyed working with people, and orthodontics has given her the opportunity to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives. She works closely with Dr. Richter during treatment, assisting with braces, wire changes, and other procedures while building relationships that often last throughout a patient’s smile journey.

Before entering dentistry, Jordyn earned teaching credentials and planned to work with young children before discovering her passion for orthodontics. She continues to grow professionally while working toward becoming a dental hygienist. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her son and staying active through competitive softball and volleyball.

Esmeralda enjoys helping patients through every stage of their orthodontic treatment, from taking records to bonding braces and making sure each visit runs smoothly. She appreciates getting to know patients and being part of a team that works closely together to create a welcoming experience.

She began her orthodontic career right after high school, inspired by her mom’s path in the profession. Outside the office, Esmeralda enjoys hiking, traveling, shopping, and spending time with friends whenever she has the chance.
