You Should Know What to Expect
Costs and Options, Clearly Explained
Cost is one of the first questions people have when considering treatment. You want to understand what it will take financially before you commit, without feeling pressured or confused.
Our team will walk you through everything clearly before treatment begins. That includes your options, what insurance may cover, and how payments can be structured in a way that works for you. We want to make the process straightforward, so you can focus on your treatment, not the details behind it.
Options That Work With Your Budget
Flexible options are available so you can choose what fits your situation best.
You may choose to pay in full for a courtesy discount, or spread payments out over time with in-house financing. Many patients take advantage of 0% interest plans, while others prefer low-interest third-party financing for added flexibility.
If you’d rather pay upfront, we make that worthwhile too: 10% off for cash or check, and 5% off if you use debit or credit. It’s our way of helping make treatment a little easier on your budget.
Most major credit cards are also accepted, giving you another convenient way to manage payments. If more than one family member is in treatment, additional savings may be available as well.
Understanding Your Insurance
Orthodontic insurance works differently than general dental coverage. Many plans include a lifetime orthodontic benefit that can be applied toward treatment.
Even though we are out-of-network, your coverage will be reviewed with you before you begin so you know what to expect. Once treatment starts, claims are handled on your behalf to help you make the most of your benefits without having to manage the paperwork yourself.
If you have questions about your specific insurance plan, please give us a call.
Spread Out Your Payments
For patients who want additional flexibility, we partner with trusted third-party financing providers.
CareCredit is a popular option that allows you to spread the cost of treatment over time with low- or no-interest plans, depending on your qualifications. Applying is quick, and our team can guide you through the process so you know exactly what to expect.
In-house, no-interest payment plans are also available for those who prefer to manage payments directly with the practice. Terms are based on a soft credit check, and our team works with you to find a schedule that fits your budget.
Using third-party financing can make higher-cost treatments more manageable without delaying care, giving you peace of mind while moving forward with the treatment you need.
Know Where to Go From Here
Once you have a clear plan and understand your options, it becomes much easier to move forward with treatment.
