So, you’ve finally reached the end of your time in braces (or your time wearing your clear aligners). Congratulations! However, that now means you’ll be wearing a retainer. We’re sharing a few tips for taking care of your retainer on a regular basis –
- Wear it every night so your teeth don’t fall out of alignment.
- Take it with you when you go on vacation (that’s why we give you a case to put it!).
- Clean it gently with toothpaste or with denture cleaners once a day.
